This villa is located by the sea in a beautiful location! The building is divided into four independent stone villas. Each villa has a separate entrance and a large, shaded terrace with views of the open sea and the islands. The stone table built on the terrace is ideal for breakfast and dinner. The apartments have a shared summer kitchen with a fireplace and a stone sink. There is also parking for five cars, which leads directly to a private beach via a staircase. The beach can be equipped with umbrella stands and deck chairs. There is a private boat mooring (suitable for approx. 2 small boats) right by the sea, making the resort the ideal destination for anyone who brings their own boat. The sandy beach is only 300m away (on foot).
